The 13th NE Georgia Athens District York Rite Masons and Eastern Stars will host their annual bike and toy give away on Saturday, December 21st at the Mount Pleasant parking lot across the street.  For more information, please contact Deacon Golden Brown.

Mount Pleasant is taking a holiday trip to Stone Mountain on Monday, December 23 at 3:00 p.m.  There will be holiday characters,  a nightly parade, and more fun activities.  Entrance in the park is free.  For those who are interested, please sign up.

Our very own Stephanie Johnson will be sworn in as the District 6 Commissioner on January 7, 2025 at the Athens-Clarke County City Hall at 6:00 pm.  You are welcome to come and witness this momentous occasion.

Our annual MLK awards banquet will take place on Saturday, January 18th at 5:00 p.m. at the Georgia Center For Continuing Education.  The Honorable Michael Thurmond will be the guest speaker.  Please see Sister Linda Stevens for tickets.
