Men's Day Celebration Breakfast
The Men of Mount Pleasant hosted a Men's Day Celebration Breakfast in the Mosley Fellowship Hall. It was full of spiritual inspiration from our Keynote Speaker: Pastor Clarence Pope, fellowship amongst men from our community as well as athletes and coaches from both Clarke Central and Cedar Shoals High Schools' football and basketball programs, and great food.
Men's Day Celebration Service
We had a wonderful Men's Day Celebration Service. Thanks to the Honorable Judge Steve Jones for the powerful and inspirational message. Also, thanks to the Men's Ministry and everyone who were involved in making this program special.
Athens Area Human Relations Scholarships
The Athens Area Human Relations Scholarships are now available for Clarke, Oconee, and Oglethorp counties. If your high school senior is interested and eligible, they are encouraged to apply by September 27, 2024.
Youth Ministry Yard Sale
Attention Mount Pleasant family! The Youth Ministry will be hosting a Yard Sale on Saturday, September 28, 2024 at 8 am. All ministries are asked to rent a table for $15 to sale items of your choice. You may keep the proceeds received from the sale, but the rental fee of $15 will go toward a future retreat for our Mount Pleasant youth.
